Proposed Change to Determining Exemptions - Consultation Paper - 1 April 2026

This paper provides information on a proposed change to how scheme participants claim exemptions under the ESS and PDRS. The change would clarify how exemptions should be calculated. The paper outlines the reasons for the proposed change and the potential benefits and impacts. We are seeking stakeholder feedback by 1 May 2026.
