Changing audit conditions and increasing certificate creation limits

The Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) has been operating since 2009, with the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) introduced in 2022. As both schemes continue to grow and evolve, it’s important we manage them effectively and efficiently.  

In this March 2024 consultation, we proposed changes to: 

• how ACPs apply to change audit and certificate creation limit conditions
• the typical approach to increasing certificate creation limits
