Energy Savings Scheme (Electricity Load Exemptions) Order 2024

This ESS Exemptions Order was published in the Government Gazette on 18 December 2024 and commences on 1 January 2025. The Order governs the calculation of exempt loads for the 2025 compliance year onwards, until revoked.
