Notice 03/2019 - Compliance Action - $20,000 fine issued to Accredited Certificate Provider

This notice provides information about a $20,000 fine issued to an accredited certificate provider for the improper creation of energy savings certificates resulting from a failure to satisfy the requirements of clause 6.2 of the Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009.
