ESS Notice 03/2020 - Requirements for Commercial Lighting and HEER - Co-contributions

Notice 03/2020 provides an example of an acceptable approach for payment arrangements where a landlord or a tenant make a contribution to the Purchaser. The notice is applicable to Implementations where energy savings are calculated using the Commercial Lighting Energy Savings Formula or the Home Energy Efficiency Retrofits method of the Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009.
