It's now easier to find the version of a document you need on our website using our new Document Hubs.

Since going live 2 weeks ago, we've continued to refine our document search function on the website. Please keep up the suggestion and let us know if the new site works for you via a 30-second survey.

What's new

  • We've created Document Hub pages that include all published versions of a document
  • Document hubs clearly identify the current, previous and any upcoming versions of documents (e.g. where a Rule change has been announced but not yet commenced).
  • When you search for a document, its Document Hub appears in your search results.

Why this matters:

  • Saving links to documents is now a once-off task. The document hub link will always have the current version of any document.
  • Finding a document is now quicker.
  • You can be confident you’re using the latest version of a document.

What you need to do:

  • From now on, when you save a link to a document, use the link to its Document Hub (you can tell you are on the Document Hub by the orange tag). Don’t link to the individual document page. Don’t link to the PDF.
  • We recommend updating existing URLs in your systems and policies, or other documents, to ensure you are accessing the Document Hub page in the future.
  • Share this information about Document Hubs with your staff and representatives.

Please note:

  • Some documents, that don’t have multiple versions, will not have a Document Hub (for example, a compliance notice).
  • Document Hubs don’t currently show up if you filter search results by ‘Status’. We are working to fix this bug.
