IPART has acted against Phenix Trading Pty Ltd over its exaggeration of the energy efficiency of freezers and its provision of ‘false or misleading information’.
We have cancelled Phenix’s accreditations in the Safeguard schemes and rejected the registration of 618,555 ESCs that were improperly created, worth an estimated $10 million.
