Scheme participant obligations

As a scheme participant, you need to participate in each scheme by:

  • notifying us of relevant information
  • lodging an Annual Statement for each scheme where you calculate and meet a target by surrendering certificates equivalent to the target
  • paying a penalty for each scheme if you do not fully meet the target by surrendering certificates.
