Four peak days of the PDRS
In the PDRS, scheme participants calculate their individual liable demand for the four peak days of the compliance period.
These are the four days between 1 November and 31 March with the highest electricity demand. We base this on Aggregated price and demand data published by the Australian Energy Market Operator.
As a scheme participant, you will calculate your individual liable demand based on your liable acquisitions for the period 14:30 to 20:30 AEST on the four peak days of the PDRS compliance period.
We nominate and publish the four peak days by 30 April each year.
The four peak days for the 2024-25 PDRS compliance period are:
- 16 December 24
- 17 December 24
- 28 February 25
- 14 March 25.
