Public Lighting Energy Savings Formula
The Public Lighting Energy Savings Formula is a method under the ESS. It provides a way to calculate electricity savings from upgrading lights on roads, in public spaces, or traffic signals. This applies when a Distributor or Roads and Maritime Services owns or maintains the lights.
