There are different ways to apply for accreditation under the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS). Each pathway is slightly different depending on:
- whether you are new to the Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) and the PDRS (New (non-ESS) applicant)
- whether you are an existing ESS applicant – that is, someone who is already an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP) in the ESS
- the type of ESS accreditation you have (see the Reducing Demand Using Efficiency Method page for information on corresponding ESS methods and activities).
The figure below sets out the different applicant types and what you need to do to apply for PDRS accreditation. Once you understand what type of applicant you are, go to the Existing ESS applicants or New (non-ESS) applicants pages for more details on how to apply.
